Better Search For Members, Prospects, & Former Members

I’m not sure what all was changed this past week with the search, but having to load an entire new page for anyone further down on the search list, instead of dealing with the drop down menu, makes the search feature so much worse than before.

It is also failing to easily find some of our members, with less related names coming up in some cases. Also for the past year, the first name Grant finds no one except people with the last name Grant, which is also very weird.

Prioritizing the search for members first, then prospects, then former members would also help.
