Quick Actions Window Sort
Sorting the Quick Actions Window by newest action first. That way when you scroll down you see the latest communication with the member, not the first you had. This window tells me how often we touch our customers. In 2026, I’m going to have my employees enter an action for every time they send an MIA post card, a your awesome post card, or a birthday post card. This allows me to see who we are not giving enough love to. Another thing to add to that Quick Action window is a display limit that shows last 10 actions in the view, otherwise you have to scroll further to get to other information. Maybe its a scrolling window or it has a 'See more' link at the bottom.

Business Analysis Automation
Currently, ZIVVY “Flows” are only functional for Marketing purposes. I suggest, utilization of the automation engine to enable Business Analysis (Month End Closing, Financial Projection/Forecasting vs. Actual Trending). A monthly, quarterly and annual process development capability would improve the efficiency and effectiveness for business management and decision making.

Profit generator fix
When using a computer vs. a smartphone to go to a profit generator, it displays things in different orders. When setting up a profit generator, it first has you create a “Short message welcoming…”, and then it has, “Details on when…”. This is the order it appears on a computer, which makes sense, but on a smartphone, it switches the two around so that the welcome message is only seen after scrolling past the details. We’d like them to both be the same and near the top.

Rank history
It would be extremely helpful if we could run a rank history report by roster, rather than the entire school. That way each Professor can track their own students easier. If you also included stripes, not just belts, that would be even better.

Attendance Updates
We have flows created for when students are MIA for a certain amount of days which helps us communicate with the families. Can RM auto update the task/remove student from list once they return to the mat? I had a family return to the mat last night but was still showing a task of MIA for 3 months. If I didn’t check attendance, that call would have been made for no reason. It makes us look disconnected from our students to not know they were in class the night before.

Credit Card Tap to pay

Select all button
It would be fantastic to have a select all button to mark all messages as read instead of having to individually click through them all. Back when you had to send the opt in message, we had hundreds.

Custom Report should allow for Source Fields
It would be great when creating a custom report, you can search and export on Source Fields: Source, Source Details, and Referred By. When sharing my Excel report with my Team, I cannot sort on the source of the prospect. Having these fields exportable would allow for better prospect analysis.

Seeing a students entire payment schedule
It would be really convenient to be able to see all of the future bills due in a contract and be able to make adjustments to individual bills rather than having to manipulate the billing cycle or remember to go in and manually adjust it each month. I have students who have pre-arranged holds that adjust their billing in the future and it’d be way more convenient to go in once to make those adjustments rather than having to try and remember.

Integrate Social Media Posting!!!
We have several different social media pages that span across platforms!! I think it would be very useful to have the ability to post directly from Zivvy and not have to go to each different social media platform to make the same post!! There could even be a “post to all” function where you make the post once and then post it to everything!! I think this would increase efficiency within the programs and make those larger posts more digestible and make posting the repetitive announcements less mundane!!

Adding More Tax Features
It would be great if you expand the Tax feature. We charge a surcharge for EFT and Credit Card, the amount is different. But, the way the tax is set up, I am only allowed 2, and one has to be Sales Tax, so I am unable to add the surcharge for my EFT accounts.

Marketing Emails and Texts based on source and source detail fields
In Zivvy, lead management can be cumbersome. I would like to send an email to guests who attended a birthday party this weekend. I cannot create a list on source and source detail fields to do a mass email or text to these fields. So I have to create tags which is not easy to manage. Can we have the parent or guardian on the waiver have a field for DOB. When we do a contract for a child and have the unfortunate case of sending someone to collections. We can’t send them to collections without the adults DOB. The ability to control how many pages of signatures for contracts. We would like to have specific spots for signatures and to have more control over the process. We do 3 month 6 month and one year contracts with auto renewal. We would really appreciate it if rainmaker could make the auto renew process easier for different contract lengths. Right now we have to keep a spreadsheet and remember to manually do this. We worked with your team initially trying to set this up and it was concluded that your program doesn’t support it. The first suggestion should be very easy and should be done ASAP. The next two might be more involved but the auto renewal process really needs to be streamlined. Our gym is now to the size where not having this feature is causing issues.

No auto response when a current student responds yes to a text message
Every time a member responds yes to a text they receive an automated text that says “thank you for subscribing to texts” even if they have been subscribed to texts for years. Aside from annoying our members, it no doubt also charges us a text message for each automated text sent as well.

Can we get images to be able to get uploaded to be able to show an image/picture for each rank? Ex. White belt, Blue belt, etc. ** Image Upload would be best incase some schools don’t use same color rank or use Shirt system etc..
