Ability to close a partially paid invoice

Right now you can void a full invoice. But we have no ability to close off a partially paid invoice in a few situations where circumstances change. Example: Paying for karate camp with 50% non-refundable deposit. Not able to come to camp. We want to keep the record of the half payment, but the rest of the payment is no longer due. The invoice should be closed with a reason/note about why the partial payment is no longer being pursued. We have a bunch of these just sitting there because of Covid lockdowns too a few years ago, that we would like to clear out… Every time one of those students does a payment, it has the pop up for the open invoice that we then need to check (in case there’s a new one for something else), wasting everyone’s time.

Change Signed Agreement Notifications

We cannot check off that students have signed their memberships. This list would be great if it was a list of people we need to still get to sign. But you just updated THE ENTIRE SCHOOL to say that NO ONE has signed their memberships. And we can’t edit it/check them off/anything. We sign them on paper because specific notes are often added such as time away. Or send a PDF for them to sign. We have over 400 notifications right now that we can do NOTHING about because of this. Please remove it or make it useful (that we can check off the ones who HAVE signed them on paper).

Reminders More Visible

The reminders used to be more visible when we would see ‘20’ or ‘46’ or ‘16’ rather than just the little 1 or 2 sitting at the top menu bar, that you then need to click to then scroll down & see how many reminders you actually have. Our part time staff never remember to check because it is hidden. Please change it back & make it more noticeable!!! (Main Menu version).

Pro Shop Inventory Update

Hello! We are trying to use Zivvy for our Pro Shop inventory and specifically ordering items when stock is low. We just found out that you cannot set a reorder point for a specific size of a product. You must set the reorder point for the whole product. Many items, such as student uniforms, we keep different sizes in stock at different quantities, based on popularity. We would have to add 10 different items into our pro shop (one for each size we order) in order to use it properly. In that case, there is no point in the size drop down option. It seems like a glitch that should be fixed. We would love to be able to add an item, such as student uniform, and then select a reorder quantity for each individual size instead of one reorder size for the item as a whole. Better Search For Members, Prospects, & Former Members

I’m not sure what all was changed this past week with the search, but having to load an entire new page for anyone further down on the search list, instead of dealing with the drop down menu, makes the search feature so much worse than before. It is also failing to easily find some of our members, with less related names coming up in some cases. Also for the past year, the first name Grant finds no one except people with the last name Grant, which is also very weird. Prioritizing the search for members first, then prospects, then former members would also help.

Rename Tags

Can we please have the ability to rename both the grey tags and the blue flow tags? Some of the tags we have would be clearer with better wording or different word orders than what exists on them, but we cannot edit the name of the tags. Only delete, or create. Some of these tags have hundreds of people attached to them so it is not feasible/realistic to delete the tag, re-create it, and then re-add it to all of those people - editing the tag name(s) would be much more practical and efficient.

Profit Generator - Scheduling Request

I want to be able to plug the URL for Available Appointments into my meta advertizing and to my website. However, I have separate appointment times for Child Vs Teen/Adult. I can’t attach more than one URL to my meta advertising so I need the descriptions of available appointments to be more descriptive and say what Intro Type is available and not just day and time. If someone is booking their child, they should easily be able to identify the children time slots vs the adult time slots. If we can’t make this feature work, i’m going to be forced to pay for another software that can help with people booking their own appointments through meta marketing.

Suggestion for Feature - Ongoing Available Appointment Editing

One Suggestion I think would be very beneficial and not very hard to create as a feature would be to make the Ongoing “Available” Appointments in Appointment book, EDITABLE. I want to be able to put long term Available appointments in as recurring but from time to time my schedule changes. I want to be able to Edit and or Delete Available Appointments and have the option to remove all recurring instances of that appointment.

Quick Actions Window Sort

Sorting the Quick Actions Window by newest action first. That way when you scroll down you see the latest communication with the member, not the first you had. This window tells me how often we touch our customers. In 2026, I’m going to have my employees enter an action for every time they send an MIA post card, a your awesome post card, or a birthday post card. This allows me to see who we are not giving enough love to. Another thing to add to that Quick Action window is a display limit that shows last 10 actions in the view, otherwise you have to scroll further to get to other information. Maybe its a scrolling window or it has a 'See more' link at the bottom.

Business Analysis Automation

Currently, ZIVVY “Flows” are only functional for Marketing purposes. I suggest, utilization of the automation engine to enable Business Analysis (Month End Closing, Financial Projection/Forecasting vs. Actual Trending). A monthly, quarterly and annual process development capability would improve the efficiency and effectiveness for business management and decision making.

Profit generator fix

When using a computer vs. a smartphone to go to a profit generator, it displays things in different orders. When setting up a profit generator, it first has you create a “Short message welcoming…”, and then it has, “Details on when…”. This is the order it appears on a computer, which makes sense, but on a smartphone, it switches the two around so that the welcome message is only seen after scrolling past the details. We’d like them to both be the same and near the top.

Attendance Updates

We have flows created for when students are MIA for a certain amount of days which helps us communicate with the families. Can RM auto update the task/remove student from list once they return to the mat? I had a family return to the mat last night but was still showing a task of MIA for 3 months. If I didn’t check attendance, that call would have been made for no reason. It makes us look disconnected from our students to not know they were in class the night before.
