Link with Google Calendar
We need to have the ability for Zivvy to send events to a Google Calendar and Google Calendar to send events to Zivvy. This is something I am super shocked zivvy doesn’t do yet.
Show WHICH email unsubscribed
When a student unsubscribed, we want to know which of their 2-3 emails unsubscribed. Especially in cases where there are two families/houses, Dad unsubscribing shouldn’t then unsubscribe Mom who doesn’t live with him.
Customizable Fields in Profit Generator
Hello, It would be really helpful if we could customize the fields in Profit Generators and decide which ones are required answers and which are not.
Better Search For Members, Prospects, & Former Members
I’m not sure what all was changed this past week with the search, but having to load an entire new page for anyone further down on the search list, instead of dealing with the drop down menu, makes the search feature so much worse than before. It is also failing to easily find some of our members, with less related names coming up in some cases. Also for the past year, the first name Grant finds no one except people with the last name Grant, which is also very weird. Prioritizing the search for members first, then prospects, then former members would also help.
Rename Tags
Can we please have the ability to rename both the grey tags and the blue flow tags? Some of the tags we have would be clearer with better wording or different word orders than what exists on them, but we cannot edit the name of the tags. Only delete, or create. Some of these tags have hundreds of people attached to them so it is not feasible/realistic to delete the tag, re-create it, and then re-add it to all of those people - editing the tag name(s) would be much more practical and efficient.

Rank history
It would be extremely helpful if we could run a rank history report by roster, rather than the entire school. That way each Professor can track their own students easier. If you also included stripes, not just belts, that would be even better.
2 things we really need!!
The ability for member to update credit card info from a email that shows payment did not process… The ability for a new student to be able to sign up online from our website or from a link.

user experience would be: Search name > Select membership option > enter cc > purchase
Adding More Tax Features
It would be great if you expand the Tax feature. We charge a surcharge for EFT and Credit Card, the amount is different. But, the way the tax is set up, I am only allowed 2, and one has to be Sales Tax, so I am unable to add the surcharge for my EFT accounts.
