Class attendance / cross ref with promotions eligibility

Need attendance to be able to show me the class attendance that is happening live in front of me and list all the students in it that have checked in and show me if they should be in consideration for promotion. Looking to replace our card system.

Our old-school hand in card system I can look at and in less than a minute see and understand who if any is up for promo. Also the last date of promo is on the card. So it should be as efficent as that, if not more.
