Quick Actions Window Sort

Sorting the Quick Actions Window by newest action first. That way when you scroll down you see the latest communication with the member, not the first you had.

This window tells me how often we touch our customers. In 2026, I’m going to have my employees enter an action for every time they send an MIA post card, a your awesome post card, or a birthday post card. This allows me to see who we are not giving enough love to.

Another thing to add to that Quick Action window is a display limit that shows last 10 actions in the view, otherwise you have to scroll further to get to other information. Maybe its a scrolling window or it has a 'See more' link at the bottom.
