Show WHICH email unsubscribed

Feature Request

When a student unsubscribed, we want to know which of their 2-3 emails unsubscribed. Especially in cases where there are two families/houses, Dad unsubscribing shouldn’t then unsubscribe Mom who doesn’t live with him.

    It keeps coming up every couple months with multiple students…
